The space for rent is now the main floor, a lovely 1300+ sqft area w/ beautiful hardwood floors, a grand view of Timpanogos thru huge, energy-efficient windows, 3 bedrooms and 2 rest rooms, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, and separate from the lower level.
Renters will be responsible for 2/3 of the monthly utilities, due to the preponderance of the appliances and heating/cooling use for the main floor (based on past usage, this may be less than $100/mo). Two parking spaces are permitted.

status update
There is a contract pending, so you may inquire, but the apartment is not likely to be available until next spring.
Wednesday, August 8, 2007
The 500 sq ft incl a sitting/living room (125 sqft), a larger bedroom of 135 sqft, another of 90 sqft, a very roomy bathroom (55 sqft), with the remainder divided between passage and storage space.
The windows are much bigger than you'd expect for a basement, and the front door has a large glass panel (curtained) for even more light.

It's a nice place, but we still need to clear out some boxes and finish renovations (flooring, security door, etc.), so pictures will be better in a week.
"Walnut shade" refers to the lovely tree that yields nice big walnuts later this year -- you can keep half of what you gather!!
We're asking less because you'll need to wash clothes at a laundromat, and the kitchen facilities consist of a fridge and microwave oven (any other appl -- toaster oven, electric burner, etc. -- would need to work w/ a standard plug-in). We do have tables and chairs for it, but no bed or sofa at this time.

Basement apartment, $400/month, available August 15th.
This apartment is located just west of Wyview park (and BYU Creamery - Wyview) and would be great for a couple who is just starting out or two grad students and who want to be close to BYU and save a little money. Especially for those who love to go to BYU football games, since the stadium is just through the block. It is walking distance to both BYU campus and the Ream's and ShopKo. There is parking available for one car.The apartment has it's own exterior entrance. There is one bathroom and two rooms, 10.5'x10.5' and 20'x8', either of which could be used for a bedroom or living room (no kitchen). Both have closets and built in drawers. All the rooms have windows and there is lots of natural light.
The monthly rent is $400.00 and there will be a $400.00 security deposit. The tenant will also be responsible for 1/6 of the monthly electricity bill.
