Especially for those who love to go to BYU football games, since the stadium is just through the block. It is walking distance to both BYU campus and the Ream's and ShopKo. There is parking available for one car.

The apartment has it's own exterior entrance. There is one bathroom and two rooms, 10.5'x10.5' and 20'x8', either of which could be used for a bedroom or living room (no kitchen). Both have closets and built in drawers. All the rooms have windows and there is lots of natural light.

The monthly rent is $400.00 and there will be a $400.00 security deposit. The tenant will also be responsible for 1/6 of the monthly electricity bill.
